CRANBERRY BREAD

At last…a fool-proof recipe for delicious bread without guilt or that dreaded post-carb energy slump! We bring you our favourite Cranberry Bread, which is versatile, super easy to concoct and will keep in the fridge for days. And as with all MYHRU recipes, it is berry glow-friendly!

INGREDIENTS:

  • almond flour x 1 cup

  • dried cranberries x 1/2 cup

  • mixed seeds x 1/2 cup

  • psyllium husks x 60ml

  • baking powder x 2 tsp

  • xylitol x 1 Tbsp

  • salt

  • eggs x 6

METHOD:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180*C.

  2. Grease a loaf tin with coconut oil.

  3. Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl.

  4. Mix all the wet ingredients in another bowl.

  5. Slowly pour in the wet mixture into the dry one, and mix well.

  6. Transfer the bread dough into the greased tin.

  7. Bake for 1 hour.

  8. Enjoy fresh or toasted!
